Warranty & Repairs Policy

Limited Warranty

All VINTIS hair tools are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered:

  • Internal mechanical or electrical failures

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect functionality

  • Use of non-VINTIS attachments or accessories

To qualify for warranty service, products must be purchased from vintispro.com or an authorized retailer.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your VINTIS product, please email our support team at support@vintispro.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps. If your product is eligible, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your product is outside of the warranty period or the issue isn’t covered, we may still be able to help. Contact us at support@vintispro.com to discuss repair options and associated costs.
